Interestingly, when talking of the Republican convention, one of the late night shows anchor described the gathering there as a ’sea of white’. ha ha It wouldn’t have been wrong if he had called it a ’sea of geriatric and rich white’. Well, to the Republicans’ credit, there were a few younglings too in bowties and a couple of token black men too. DailyKos reports that the minority count at the Convention was 7. Rest of ‘em were all … yep, you know the color. ;p

Did you watch Bush’s speech on NBC today? He looked so dumb with the long pauses in between. The cheering and clapping was muted and he would stand there with a silly grin on his face. I thought that was a riot. then i got bored and switched off the TV!
haha and watching that Thompson guy gave me the same feeling i get when i chew a piece of gum too long. ughghghgrating!
